Turbot Farm

i jumped for joy when I found out about these guys because I really have problems using fish that has just had such a long journey to Romania it has more frequent flyer points than your average global media celeb. So hallelujah! sustainable turbot on our doorstep…well Constanta…and delivered to your door.

Turbot is meaty, easy to fillet and delicious.  It lends itself to simple dishes but also the flesh can be used in  soups as it holds its shape and chunky fishcakes.
