Nicole’s boxes are full of flavourful offerings.  I was impressed by the flavours and how clean her stuff was.  I like organic but I dont like a load of mud in my kitchen…I’m not overly fussy I’m just practical…mud = bacteria especially when you are feeding the public too.

Romania is unusually endowed with some of the best honey producing terrains in Europe and has an illustrious “apitherapy” history.  Here is where I like buying unpasteurised acacia honey (“miere de salcam”) at Pta Matache.  Dna Tatou has honey in big vats here – brilliant!

I first started using these wonderful products in 2012 and its great to see the guys develop an on line shop/delivery so everybody can enjoy using them.  I love the white bio flour and the intesnity of the rye (“secara”) wholemeal flour.  The bio durum flour is also exciting for pasta.
